Kombucha Gut Healing Gummies Recipe

  • The Magic of Gelatin: Gelatin is more than just the stuff that makes gummies chewy. It's also known to be a gut-friendly food. Gelatin contains amino acids that can help repair the lining of your gut, potentially reducing inflammation and promoting overall digestive wellness.

 

HOW TO MAKE THESE GUT-LOVING GUMMIES

Ingredients:

1/4 cup gelatin powder (I used Nutra Organics)
1/2 cup water
1 cup kombucha, pick your favourite flavour

Method:

  1. If you have silicone molds for gummies, it’s best to use them. If not, you can use a small, shallow dish and cut the gummies into squares later.

  2. In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

  3. Over low heat in a saucepan, warm up the kombucha, this doesnt have to be hot, just warm.

  4. Pour the kombucha over the gelatin and stir until there are no lumps.

  5. Pour the mixture into the molds or shallow dish and place in fridge for at least 2-4 hours or until set.
