HOW TO MAKE THESE GUT-LOVING GUMMIES
Ingredients:
1/4 cup gelatin powder (I used Nutra Organics)
1/2 cup water
1 cup kombucha, pick your favourite flavour
Method:

If you have silicone molds for gummies, it’s best to use them. If not, you can use a small, shallow dish and cut the gummies into squares later.

In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

Over low heat in a saucepan, warm up the kombucha, this doesnt have to be hot, just warm.

Pour the kombucha over the gelatin and stir until there are no lumps.

Pour the mixture into the molds or shallow dish and place in fridge for at least 2-4 hours or until set.
